Well, normally I would advise the OP to PM BA Executive Club, since Nicci does a consistently great job of re-uniting FTers with their missing TPs and Miles.

However, I PM'd Nicci myself on 4 March (similar request) and, unusually, have yet to get a reply.

Does anyone know if Nicci is away at the moment? Coincidentally, her last posting here was also on 4 March. I do hope she wasn't too upset by the [ahem] 'robust' feedback after she launched the thread on http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/briti...-ba-miles.html.
