As far as luxury hotel chains go, The Four Seasons is by far the best. If you've stayed at the chain - any city in the world - at least twice, they create a profile about you, and not only address you by name throughout your stay, they know what kind of soap you prefer, (L'occitane or Bulgari).

More importantly, if you are a regular guest of the chain, and just take the time to introduce YOURSELF to the GM or Hotel/Resort manager, you'll make a lasting impression and most likely get all sorts of perks, including a welcome gift basket at each stay - and and night before check out out during each stay.

In addition, no matter the Four Seasons you stay at, you know for certain it is going to be CLEAN, and have the same type linens, pillows, size bathroom, and same bathrobe.

If the pool/beach is your thing, their beach and poolside service is unparalleled.

The only differences between the hotels are the restaurant experiences.
