I took a day trip with the OH last month from LGW to MAN rtn. My miles and TPs posted a couple of days after the flight. The OH's did not. This was on a single booking with our BAEC numbers entered respectively.
I know it's only 10 TPs but she is due to hit Silver just prior to us flying to America in May (WT+ MFU'd to CW) and we would rather the TPs from the MAN trip went towards Silver rather than 10 from the American trip (and her lose the balance of 65 TPs when the balance is reset).
She's emailed 'Claim Missing Miles' on ba.com with the ticket number etc. That was over a week ago and she's heard nothing.
I suppose I'm impatient and maybe we should leave it a little longer for a response but I can't understand why my miles/TPs would post and her's wouldn't.
Your thoughts and observations would be most welcome, as ever.

My most recent Claim enquiry just took 10 days (and then got wrongly turned down) so I'd give them a couple more days and then call your Exec Club Number (Germany ?) to follow up or if you're very keen no harm in ringing them now. Plenty of time to resolve before May even if it takes another week once you've rung them so no need to panic just yet. Good luck.
