OK none of my business I know, but which airline allows you to have 18 nominees for your staff tavel? Or do you have 18 brothers and sisters or children.
If your staff travel is on another airline, you'll be on one of the lowest priority onloads and to get 18 staff on one flight will be very difficult on such a busy route, especially in December which is one of the busiest periods for travel.
