At the end of a conversation with a rep on the Diamond line last night, she told me to be sure to watch my e-mail. Delta is planning to offer complimentary upgrades on international award flights to Diamond members. She thought this would only be on award tickets, not paid tickets. It sounded like this will be announced soon.
