The USD prices are updated once or twice a year (I think it's actually once--in the late summer/early Fall IIRC).

You can, however, buy the pass online denominated in EUR directly from the Bahn; they will mail them to you in the US. https://fahrkarten.bahn.de/privatkun...st?GroupId=323

They charge 3.50EUR for shipping and accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners, JCB

You can also buy the rail pass at some German train stations (but not all); I can't seem to find the list on bahn.de of possible stations. I think the pass sold at the stations may also only be available for 10 or 15 days, and not for all of the possible number of days combinations.
