I just do not get this at all. Except as a ploy to get you to bid. And bid high.

On another travel related site for Amsterdam we follow that one city 24/7 as far as NYOP bids. And a lot of our members have bid over the past year.

In the past 14 days or so I have seen 4 star wins for $74-75-74-76-76-70-80-75-$100 ( a lot higher than the $65 dollar winning bids we saw most of last spring and summer for sure)

But on that PL link I see one 4 star listed as a win and at $95 USD.

Worse than useless. At least for that one city.
