Welcome to FT! Always nice to see comments from “official sources”.

I’m generally very happy with the quality of the Hilton Istanbul, but I have two suggestions:
Let’s open a complimentary wireless internet network in the Executive lounge.
Balcony railings needs a renovation, it’s dangerously filled with wood chips (don’t lean on it!).
