I don't want to be in the situation of feeling like I am taking advantage of the situation and/or arguing about internet charges, so now I'm debating about whether I should email back to him and politely decline the room upgrade, or just change my "Myway" preference and confirm at check-in that I want free HSIA v the upgrade/breakfast as my Diamond benefit. Any thoughts on this?
i would change my myway benefit & at check-in i would point it out to them (upgrade or no upgrade) so that there are no problems at checkout....
