i love the way people always post about getting upgraded to suites as diamonds....in my 3 years as diamond i have never got a suite upgrade nor have any of the other diamond members i know....i do always get upgraded to executive level rooms so i'm not complaining....

i too have seen a level of decline at hilton properties over the last couple of years....while my diamond recognition at asian properties is still good, my stays in the US are nothing to write home about....
