Fogo de Chao's pretty good - if you're ever in Vegas, try Texas de Brazil (hint: if you sign up for their email club, they send you a 25% off coupon). I saw the Fort as well in reviews and I agree that it seems pretty steep in terms of pricing. I was interested in trying the unique things at Buckhorn (no Rocky Mountain Oysters though - there are just somethings I never want to put into my mouth!).
