I would suggest Aruba, I have been there many times and really enjoy it.
They have all inclusive deals, the beaches are great and there is a gentle breeeze which keeps the insects away. They have all types of water sports, great restaurants, casino's and plent of excursions to keep you busy if you don't want to sit on the beach all day.
