Traveling with Cheese?
Crazy idea but I'm looking for thoughts on whether it's doable to buy a goat cheese or soft cheese, vacuum pack it, and then travel with it for about 10 days with limited refrigeration to bring back home with me.
We're heading to Europe for a few weeks. Our first stop is in Paris. I'm tossing around the idea of buying some cheese before we leave Paris. But we've got another 10 days of travel in the UK before we fly home.
