Do I want to look for a RED Urban taxi to Kowloon?
Traffic at that time of the evening should not be congested at all. You should be able to clear immigration and custom/excise before midnight.
Yes, you will take a red urban taxi to Nathan Hotel.
You may also consider the Airport Express train to Kowloon Station and hire a taxi from there. Unfortunately, Nathan Hotel is not serviced by the shuttle buses from the train station. If more than one of you are travelling together, a discount is offered on the Airport Express train.
A cheaper alternative will be the A21 Cityflyer bus. Alight at Stop #10 (i.e., the 9th stop) outside 348 Nathan Road. A short walk to Nathan Hotel at 378 Nathan Road. Stops are announced in Chinese and English. Fare HK$33 per person. Cash or Octopus card only.
