10 minutes???

Do you just somehow get your own lane on the Belt and on the Verrazano to accomplish this?
LisaNaomi, what do your cousins advise for you? Since they don't drive, they must know the SI bus routes. Many if not most begin at the St George Ferry terminal. I know a few SI buses go into Bay Ridge, Brooklyn but not to JFK.

Tolls are paid heading into SI from all bridges. Perhaps it is to make sure that money is collected no matter which way people go to/from Brooklyn and Central NJ.
