Unless it moved recently, coming from security, club is on the right (coming from the gates, club is on the left). Eitherway, if Gold+/SC/FC 45 should be plenty, but plan for more if non-elite. I have seen the regular line at MKE back up all the way to the food court; and they only have 2 WTMDs and 2 x-rays.
