I took the Thalys train a few weeks ago. I believe Thalys is just an operator of high speed trains. We took the train from Brussels Midi to Paris du Nord. I don't think they run to CDG, but the first class seat was definitely worth the small incremental charge. That said, they advertised wifi, which definitely did not work...
