Not sure if it counts, but flying into T4 from Oz earlier this year, the BA arrivals video played an hour or so from landing didn't mention T5 at all!!!

It was clearly the old pre-T5 version and told you in great detail how to transfer from T4 to T1, T2 (now that'd be interesting as it was a hole in the ground at that time) and T3. If you happened to be flying out of T5, you were on your own.

I trust there is now a shiny new T3 arrivals video that gets played.
