Response to a form letter
I stayed at the Radisson Towne Lake in Austin and the stay was disappointing on so many levels. I was e-mailed a form to fill out about my " satisfaction" with the hotel and filled it out with specifics. I wondered what response I would get. What I got was an e-mailed form letter that basically said sorry you were disappointed and if you want us to do anything for you call this number.
I would have been OK if they had said they had addressed the plumbing probelms in our room and sorry for not giving you the good room promised by being Silver but we were booked up ( and it looked like they might have been-several meetings going on while we were there) , But I am offended to only get a form letter . Am I overreacting ? Should I call? Or just ignore the whole thing and not go back. We will be visiting Austin fairly frequently in the future.
