Well in fairness you don't get a lot more than ANY other business class seat. Storage on NNCW is better for example and their seat is better for lounging. It's a very good product but it's not fair to suggest that no other business class seats come close. Air New Zealand have actually gone one better and fixed some of the UCS flaws.
