Fair enough. I tended to try to rear-load my weeks - full day on Wed, fly in Sun am (on the SV 1100) if I could get away with it. The split weekend really does make things miserable.

I found it always leaves late, but often got to the gate nearly on time. Nearly.

The worst thing about it is, under the new scheme, DXB-DMM and DXB-JED earn the same miles
JED is a nicer city than RUH, I think. At least at this time of year.
