That's great, but suite upgrades are definitely not a benefit of the program. They happen sometimes. And some hotels are more generous than others. But they aren't a part of HHonors.

If you want free internet, your're supposed to not be upgraded.

Diamonds get executive lounge access. That's really the benefit of Diamond. A few extra points, sure. But HHonors isn't particularly rewarding of its top tier.

Marriott is only marginally better.

The most generous programs are Hyatt Diamond and Intercontinental Royal Ambassador, followed by Starwood Platinum.
