My last three Hilton stays have been awful! As a Diamond member I just feel unrecognized.

The last three stays were at a Full Service Hilton, Hilton Garden Inn, and Doubletree.

All 3 visits no Diamond recognition. Sure, they knew I was a Diamond member, but I felt they didn't excel at exceeding my expectations for my loyalty.

No room upgrade and no compensation for nothing available. Not even an explanation.

One hotel even said that the Executive Lounge is only for members staying on the executive level. And they were all booked out so I got free continental breakfast coupons for the lobby.

Not that I would bore you with all the details of what is leading me to this post...BUT..


Do you feel unrecognized as a Diamond Member?

I should have gone with Marriott. Rollover elite nights? Now free interent for top tier guests? More chances at bonus rewards?

Hilton..WAKE UP!!!
