From what I've seen, persistence definately pays off. If it means asking for the same thing every day to get your username and wish seen, then definately do it. Having said that, asking for something completely huge like a free business class trip for 2 to London will probably see you get no where!
I'd just say, an upgrade from PE
a free trip on business sounds too excessive to me too!
