I feel some levels of fumes almost every time. As somone mentioned, I am unfortunately a bit too sensitive to it. I usually end up with a severe headache. It happened to me again this morning during the ORD-SJC flight.

I do not think that the fumes come through the open doors as many times the fumes smell starts permeating the cabin after the doors have been closed.
