PARDON ME!!!!??? You would file a complaint against a company that is being innovative and rewarding to the people to whom Air Cnada and other cariers have been blatantly against since the earliest days. This is the absolute ultimate in hypocrisy! On what possible grounds in standard business practice could one argue with someone paying a higher commission to travel agents, who have had to deal with the absolute despicable practice of lower and lower compensation for the use of their 'personal' service for specialized travel. You show me ONE travel agent in this hemisphere who would argue AGAINST a higher commission for doing their job!
