Nope -- none of the above. It's apparently exactly what it says it is: an "E" fare. The booking class is even given as "E".

New one on me; not listed in the KF rules as either a miles-earning or non-miles-earning class. Given the discount, I'd guess it won't earn miles on CO, but that's just a guess.............
