I have stayed at Hampton Inn properties for the past three nights (Sat/Sun/Mon nights): Americus, GA; Warner Robins, GA; Norcross, GA.

At none of the properties have my My Way benefits been waiting for me in the room as I understand the program to work.

I have had to go to the front desk all three times to ask for them. All three times the front desk clerk has said "well, they're supposed to be waiting for you in your room."

I double-checked on the On-Property VIP Benefits My Way page on hilton.com and I'm preferencing one bottle of water and snack item.

Is there something that I am doing wrong?

Has anyone else experienced this?
