I have to disagree with some of the interpretations of these T&C's. Nowhere in the T&C's for this "Two Nights for the Price of One" promotion does it state that you pay for the first night at the Best Flex Rate (BFR) and get the second night free. This would make it a qualifying rate for the first night with 1 night stay credit.

This is not a BOGO rate as the terms state that the price for 2 nights is based on the BFR.
