To the rescue....
Well it all depends on how you book the rooms, if your travel agent makes a reservation through their GDS (but not prepaid) you get points/nights and the same treatment as if booked through the Accor website.
BUT
7.4.4. Restrictions based on type of sale
Prepaid rooms that are reserved by an agent or third party and paid directly by the Member for his or her stay, such as a travel agent, Tour Operator or Internet distribution channel, are not eligible for A|Club points or other benefits related to the Program.
So if booked through Hotelclub no points/nights or other perks, though some members have received the perks but that was down to the hotel staff.
