Hi,

A friend of ours is travelling from London to Sydney next week, flying MH1 from London to Kuala Lumpur, and MH123 from Kuala Lumpur to Sydney.

Our friend is a very nervous person, and the connection in Kuala Lumpur is worrying her a lot.

Can someone advise on how the connection between these flights is made please? Will she have to clear security or transfer between terminals?

Does Malaysia Airlines offer assistance to passengers who don't have a physical disability but do need a little extra help?
