OK, I am really confused and hope someone can help me. I called in today to get a F award on SQ. The agent said that I was waitlisted, but then gave me a confirmation number and told me to call back in two days. Does this make sense to anyone? I wasn't charged anything? The confirmation number shows up on Delta.com but doesn't say anything about waitlisting. Can someone help me understand what is going on here?
