Availability can be checked online, but you will have to book by telephone.
Just look for two one way awards for 2 people in F/J on the routes/dates you require ignoring the AMEX voucher. This tells you if there are seats available, but you'll have to book via telephone and BA charge the £15 offline booking fee for each person on this to do it under an AMEX 2-4-1.
