Much better said than my attempt. The TSA lacks both intelligence (information gathering) and intelligence (well thought out decision making). He will not tolerate either of those one hopes.

This is a valid concern, however, I can imagine that anyone who rose to this position within the military did so by understanding both the gathering of intelligence and the reaction to it. The military is a group that reacts to intelligence far faster and far more accurately overall than the TSA. I hope that that knowledge will see a change in the TSA towards reacting to intelligence from real intelligence sources, and away from trying to gather their own.

Things I would be praying for if I wasn't such a heathen...My other hope is that he will hold not only front liners, but the 'command structure' within the TSA responsible for failures.

We all do already...Lets just hope that he flies commercially enough to reach down and smack these people into line.

I'm not sure which usage of intelligence is more appropriate here...
