I quite like the ERJ-170/195 when equipped with FC, and I don't mind the single-seat side on short hauls in Y on the ERJ-135/145. Otherwise I prefer the widebody whatever it is, if there is one, or the 737NG/A320 if not.

Actually, if in the Business/First cabin all of them are decent unless it is a long flight, when the widebody advantage sets in.

It's only on very long flights (8 hours and over) that I begin to have serious preferences, and even there the carrier is more important than the A/C. Once in a while there is the choice between A/C with my chosen carrier with similar scheduling. Then, and only then, I get picky.
