I'd recommend 45 minutes simply due to the fact that you need to reclear TSA. There is an elite line in MKE on the left side leading to the Delta concourse, but I'd still build in a little extra time.

30 minutes would be sufficient for a Delta-Delta connection in MKE, but would be a bit tight coming from another airline (save CO, which shares DL's banjo with them).
