Been twice. One for New Year, which was an unmitigated disaster. The first time was at a quieter time and it wasn't too bad. Rooms and service not particularly special, but a good location, nice beach and pool and great people watching. If you're there to party then it's a good option, but I'd choose the Setai instead.
