Indeed, I remembered this late last night and was going to mention it today, and the reason it slipped my mind earlier is that as you say we haven’t heard from them in such a long time and even when we did they were not very helpful or active in any way what so ever.
Real shame (as I have pointed out before) that LY cannot be bothered to appoint an official active rep here just like BA, BMI, SPG and other do.
