What category do the Diamond Suite Certs book into (or 6,000 points as the certs haven't hit our accounts yet)?

Considering the Hyatt Regency or Andaz. Andaz is definitely more my scene, but am traveling with parents. The Regency Club Lounge may be the dealbreaker, particularly as we don't fly out until 21:50. Just read through the 8 pages of review and am getting the impression that I should choose the Churchill? The service and Andaz positioning of "we're not a Hyatt" sound exactly as my stay at the Andaz WeHo.
