Unless you need to use your phone or you're on mobile and running low on battery or minutes, I'd say, what fun I would be tempted to cut in and tease the agent but better not since he(?) might then mess up your nicely fixed record.

It would be pretty strange if their system was built such that the agents could not disconnect.
