I am trying to book a trip to Cancun to Temptation Resort. However, due to work my dates might have to change.

Any one have experience trying to cancel with GTAHotels.com? Will my credit card be refunded the full amount? Is it easy to cancel or do you have to spend a lot of time working with their customer service?

I appreciate any feedback.
