Hello everyone,

I'm an avid reader of this website, but have not made many (if any) posts. I notice a lot of discussion about flights, airports, etc, but I was wondering what are your favorite planes to choose from when flying domestically? I have done a lot of traveling lately due to interviews, and have had the experience on flying in a number of different types of planes. I feel as though the quality of your flight really depends on the weather and pilot, more so than the type of aircraft.

The planes I flew were the MD-88, 734, 772, A321, A320, Embraer 170, and CRJ900. My BEST flights were in the A320 and the CRJ900 (believe it or not). I took a red eye from phx - clt on the A320, and almost forgot I was on an airplane it was so smooth. So for now that is definitely my favorite aircraft. I liked the A321 as well, but the length of time it takes to lift off is a little unnerving. Anyways, A320 wins for me. How about you guys?

My other experiences have all been great as well, the most turbulent flight was definitely in the E170, but the seats were comfy. And I was surprised how similar the 737 and MD-88 flew. The rate of decent felt a little quicker in the MD, may have just been my perception though. So what airplane do you guys prefer??
