Be wary of MH redemptions. A NW agent warned me (and I believe I read something similar on FT) of the surprise surcharges MH is known to charge on award redemptions at the airport.
Yes, thanks for reminding me. MH will collect a big fuel charge at the airport, but probably no more than what I paid SQ upfront on my ticket redemption with Delta. Still, people are likely to have an unpleasant surprise if they forget that they have to pay later.
