Sounds like heads in the sand to me. One can print off an unlimited supply of boarding passes at home following OLCI. Coupled with setting up your mobile device to receive the BP barcode, printing yet another BP at the airport kiosk, then going to an agent and claiming you lost yours and "could you please print me off a replacement?"...one could theoretically arrive at the security point with a stack of BPs an inch thick. Each one of them valid.
