I upgraded to the Gold card and was told by the CSR who called me that I would receive the 10K bonus. I have called several times and now Citibank is telling me they have no knowledge of a 10K bonus ever being offered. I have read that somepeople have received the 10K and I need quidance on how to obtain mine miles. Thanks
