It's good that AC (and other airlines) want their agents to enforce the rules. For the most part, most agents seem to be well-informed but there are always a few who just don't get it.

To AC, please ensure agents actually know the rules. Please also ensure there's an easy way for them to check as well. An internal AC website would accomplish this.

Yes, I know that creating and maintaing this would be a hard job. But guess what? It's called running a business.
