They usually have the pub name and "Wetherspoons" somewhere on the outside; see here. FWIW most of the pubs in central London are run by chains. Each chain sets how much autonomy it will give each pub, some like the Slug & Lettuce don't even bother with giving each pub a name, others you wouldn't know you were in a chain at all. It's one of the reasons pub food in central London is generally so poor IMO.
