I approached the desk with a smile and positive attitude and when the woman behind the counter asked me how I was doing, I remarked that I was doing fantastic having just come off a United TATL. I said I'm a Delta Diamond and I'm checking out the competition and feel like I am cheating a bit on Delta (she laughed.) Then she checked my BP against the computer and I interjected "It will be so nice to relax as the rest of my party won't be arriving for 5 hours" and she paused, looked at her screen, looked at me, and then smiled and said welcome to the lounge and told me what showers were available and took my hot breakfast order.
