I ask about it before in Thailand.

Regrading points. The answer they gave me are pretty straight and simple. If the booking are make thru Accor you are entitle but if it was made thru Centara than you are not. key reason is that Centara normally charge it cheaper than Accor.

A-Club gold at Centara for upgarde? they don't know what is A-Club trust me.
