jib is correct. There is no liquids ban for Japan domestic flights, so you can buy your liquor at ORD or on the transpac flight, then carry it through to FUK.

There *is* a liquids ban on international flights from Japan, though, so on your return flight you would want to purchase duty-free at NRT after security (assuming you are not connecting past ORD).
